No Knead Artisan Bread

A quick and easy homemade bread from yeast. This is a great rustic loaf with a nice crust.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, then add water
  2. Stir well with a wooden spoon (Should be sloppy)
  3. Cover for 2-3 hours until it doubles in size
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F – leave the dutch oven in for 30 minutes before transferring the dough
  5. Scrape dough out of bowl onto a floured coutner
  6. Shape dough then transfer to parchment paper
  7. bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 12 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
