One Pan Dumpling Dinner
Easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 2 tbs red curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 can water
- 3 peices of bok choy chopped
- 1 bag of frozen dumplings (roughly 20)
- Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, or chili crunch oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 9x13" baking dish
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes covered
- Serve over rice.
- Enjoy!
