Pina Colada
Best Frozen Pina Colada!
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cut into 1 1/2" pieces frozen
- 6 oz sweeted cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 2 oz unsweetened coconut milk (well shaken)
- 8 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz dark rum (optional)
- Maraschino cherries and lime wedges (for serving, optional)
- 3 cups ice (~15 oz)
Instructions
- Puree frozen pineapple, 6 oz sweetened cream of coconut, 2 oz unsweetened coconut milk, 8 oz white rum, 1 oz lime juice, and 3 cups ice in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a freezer, freeze until mixture has thickened, ~25-35 minutes
- Blend again until perfect slushy frozen drink consistency. Divide among 4 glasses.
- (Optional) Top each off with 1/2 oz dark rum, and garnish each with a maraschino cherry and a lime wedge.
- Enjoy!

- Dry shake (shake with no ice) to aerate the egg white
- Add Ice and shake over ice
