Best Frozen Pina Colada!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Puree frozen pineapple, 6 oz sweetened cream of coconut, 2 oz unsweetened coconut milk, 8 oz white rum, 1 oz lime juice, and 3 cups ice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a freezer, freeze until mixture has thickened, ~25-35 minutes
  3. Blend again until perfect slushy frozen drink consistency. Divide among 4 glasses.
  4. (Optional) Top each off with 1/2 oz dark rum, and garnish each with a maraschino cherry and a lime wedge.
  5. Enjoy!

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Dry shake (shake with no ice) to aerate the egg white
  3. Add Ice and shake over ice
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
