Sourdough Pancakes
Sourdough pancakes for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (212 grams) all purpose flour
- 3 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup (285 grams) 100% hydration sourdough discard
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs and 1/4 cup oil in a second medium bowl.
- Whisk in sourdough discard, milk, and vanilla into the egg mixture.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Let sit 10 minutes before cooking on a buttered griddle. Use 1/4 cup scoop for each pancake.
