Sourdough Pancakes

Sourdough pancakes for breakfast!

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs and 1/4 cup oil in a second medium bowl.
  3. Whisk in sourdough discard, milk, and vanilla into the egg mixture.
  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Let sit 10 minutes before cooking on a buttered griddle. Use 1/4 cup scoop for each pancake.
  6. Enjoy!
